 Pineview Lodge
$500 daytime / $1000 evening
Wolf Creek’s banquet facility is the epitome of mountain elegance
with slate entry tile, a granite bar, a neutral color palate,  copper sinks
and panoramic views of the Ogden Valley.  

 The Plaza
$500 daytime / $1000 evening
Dine and dance beneath the stars! Wolf Creek’s Plaza offers breathtaking
 views of our championship golf course, Pineview Reservoir, and the
surrounding mountains – Spectacular!

The Gallery
$350 daytime or evening 
Adorned with original artwork by local artists, The Gallery can accommodate 30 guests.
All of Wolf Creek Resort’s unique and beautiful venues include the tables and chairs,
standard linens, the set-up and take down, professional banquet staff, a dance floor,
and the services of our Event Coordinator.

Food & Beverage
All food and beverage must be provided by Wolf Creek Resort.  
 A $700 non-refundable deposit and signed confirmation are required to reserve your date.
The balance is due 14 days prior to your event. Adjustments will be made
after the conclusion of your event. Catering menus

Guarantees
Wolf Creek requires a final guarantee eight (8) days prior to your event. 
Wolf Creek will prepare 5% above the food and beverage guarantee. 
The final invoice will reflect the total number of guests served or the final guarantee,
whichever is greater. Food must be purchased for all attendees in a group.

Contract
A signed contract is due 30 days prior to your event.
Before booking your event at Wolf Creek Resort, please familiarize yourself with
our policies. You may request a sample contract at any time.
                                               
Liquor Service
Wolf Creek can provide full liquor service for the convenience
of your group. Bar set-up is $25.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
 Groups may bring in their own wine or champagne (providing there is a Utah State
 Seal on the bottle) with a corkage fee of $10.00 per bottle.
Please note: Wolf Creek Resort operates in compliance with all
Utah liquor laws. No minors will be served alcoholic beverages.
Wolf Creek Resort may regulate bar service when necessary to ensure
the safety of our guests.

Service Charges
An 18% gratuity and 7.6% sales tax will be added to all food and beverage prices.

 Entertainment
You are welcome to bring in your own musical entertainment for your event.
The volume will be monitored and the entertainment is required to stop playing
by 10:00pm. Wolf Creek can provide a sound system outdoors for  a $150 set-up fee.

Valley Lodging at Wolf Creek offers privately owned condominiums and single family homes
