Dine and dance beneath the stars! Wolf Creek’s Plaza offers breathtaking
views of our championship golf course, Pineview Reservoir, and the
surrounding mountains – Spectacular!
Both of Wolf Creek Resort’s unique and beautiful reception venues include the
tables and chairs, standard linens, the set-up and take down, professional banquet staff, a dance floor, the services of our Wedding Coordinator, and the use of the
facility for approximately four to six hours.
Food & Beverage
All food and beverage must be provided by Wolf Creek Resort with the exception
of your wedding cake. We offer many menu selections for your wedding.
A $700 non-refundable deposit and signed confirmation are required to reserve your date. A second deposit of 50% of the estimated balance is due 30 days prior to your function.
The balance is due 14 days prior to your event. Adjustments will be made after the conclusion of your event.
Guarantees
Wolf Creek requires a final guarantee eight (8) days prior to your event. Wolf Creek will prepare 5% above the food and beverage guarantee. The final invoice will reflect the total number of guests served or the final guarantee, whichever is greater.
Food must be purchased for all attendees in a group.
Contract
A signed contract is due 30 days prior to your event.
Before booking your wedding at Wolf Creek Resort, please familiarize yourself with
our policies. You may request a sample contract at any time.
Liquor Service
Wolf Creek can provide full liquor service for the convenience
of your group. Bar set-up is $25.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
Groups may bring in their own wine or champagne (providing there is a Utah State
Seal on the bottle) with a corkage fee of $10.00 per bottle.
Please note: Wolf Creek Resort operates in compliance with all
Utah liquor laws. No minors, including the wedding party,
will be served alcoholic beverages. Wolf Creek Resort may regulate
bar service when necessary to ensure the safety of our guests.
Service Charges
An 18% gratuity and 7.6% sales tax will be added to all food and beverage prices.
Wedding Cakes
All groups bringing in their wedding cake will be subject to a $125 service charge,
which covers cake cutting and serving by our banquet staff.
Entertainment
You are welcome to bring in your own musical entertainment for your wedding event. The volume will be monitored and the entertainment is required to stop playing by 10:00 pm. Wolf Creek can provide a sound system for your ceremony
for a $150 set-up fee.
Recommended Services
Our Wedding Coordinator will be happy to refer you to many outside services including: florists, cake specialists, photographers, entertainment, judges or ministers,
and a horse-drawn Cinderella carriage. Please request our
recommended vendor list!
Design Services
Wolf Creek can also provide customized linens, chair covers and sashes, and other
specialty items at an additional cost. Our Design Specialist will be happy to offer her expert guidance to achieve the environment you desire for your wedding.
