The Bridges at Wolf Creek Resort development consists of five distinct neighborhoods, all centered around a common amenity area known as “The Homestead”. This area will include a large lake, a rustic style barn/community center, a large patio and event lawn venue as well as a clubhouse with lounge, pool and jacuzzi.

The Grove Cabins

  • 600 – 900 square foot waterfront cabins near the lake, stream and wooded corridor all surround The Homestead core.  Don’t let the size fool you. With large windows and floor to ceiling glass doors, these efficient floorplans are remarkably open and inviting. Located strategically around the lake, truly the heart of the development, these units lend themselves to the perfect vacation rentals or weekend getaways.

The Homestead Cottages

The North 40 Estate Lots

The Bridges at Wolf Creek is located on the Northwest parcel of the resort. The majority of the lots are oriented West by Southwest to maximize passive solar benefits as well as an awe inspiring sunset.
  • Construction of Phase 1 (The Mountainside Estate Lots) is scheduled to break ground spring 2016 and be completed fall 2016.
  • Construction of Phase 1 (The Parkside Cottages) is scheduled to break ground spring 2016 with vertical home construction starting mid summer with occupancy by late fall
  • The Homestead Core Area, The Homestead Cottages and Homestead Grove Cabins are scheduled for 2017.
  • The North 40 Estate Lots will come online in 2018
Buyers wishing to take advantage of the optional nightly rental management program may individually contract with Wolf Creek Rentals. They have developed a marketing strategy to maximize rental revenue, and with the completion of the Wasatch Room meeting facility, they are currently targeting corporate group business during the shoulder seasons to round out the rental year. This will add significantly to the already outstanding rental market of skiers in the winter and family reunions in the summer.
