Construction of Phase 1 (buildings 1 & 2) is now complete. Phase 2, located highest on The Ridge and adjacent to the golf course is now under construction with anticipated occupancy in late spring 2016. Phase 3 (buildings 5, 6 and 7) including the pool complex is scheduled to begin summer 2016.
Buyers wishing to take advantage of the optional nightly rental management program may individually contract with Wolf Creek Rentals.
