Wolf Creek Teams Up for Holiday Miracle Makeovers

Thank You Note from Makeover Family

Wolf Creek Resort joined forces with Citywide Bank and RC Willey Furniture Stores to bring some Christmas magic to several families in northern Utah.  Jeff Scadden, John Lewis and Juan Garcia from the Wolf Creek team, loaded up their sleigh and spent a week renovating two homes for the program.  Other holiday cheer makers included Colonial Building Supply in Layton and Kirk’s Painting of Ogden.

Citywide Bank selected several Utah families for the “Magical Makeovers.”    According to Shan Lassig, Director of Construction Lending at Citywide, the employees at Citywide chose to give up their holiday party and put the money towards making a difference for families in their communities.

The Wolf Creek elves worked together with the other businesses to refurbish and renovate with new carpet, fresh paint, wood trim, window coverings and new furniture, bringing the recipients a fresh outlook for 2016.

“Seeing the homeowners’ faces and hearing their words of thanks made the whole project worth it, “ reflected Scadden, Wolf Creek Resort’s Construction Superintendent.

John Lewis, Wolf Creek Resort Owner added,  “We are just thankful that Citywide asked us to be a part of this holiday giving opportunity and we look forward to continuing this tradition in the future.  It was fun to be a part of a little holiday magic.”
