Role Description

Links Bistro Associate plays a critical role in the function and guest experience of our champion golf course. The Associate will operate our Links Bistro Snackbar, serving guests a la carte food, grilled sandwiches, and beverages. Associates over the age of 21 will serve alcoholic beverages.

Schedule

  • Snack bar is open from 7am – 7pm
  • Shifts may be morning, midday or afternoon/evening

Responsibilities

  • Open and close snack bar
  • Use POS system for purchases
  • Prepare hot and cold foods
  • Offer excellent guest service
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization

Key Skills

  • Able to properly function a commercial grill
  • Able to prepare hot foods
  • Knowledge of beer & wine
  • Polished appearance and articulate communication
  • Time management skills

Qualifications

  • Utah SIPS & TIPS Certification – 21+ only
  • Utah Food Handlers Certification
  • Ability to lift 30lbs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • HS Diploma
