- Tee times may be booked up to seven days in advance.
- Tee times can be cancelled up to two hours in advance, less a 7% credit card processing fee

- Any no-shows will not receive refunds.
- Cancellations caused by inclement weather will be issued Rain Checks for the full value of their reservation
- Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed, and appropriate refunds will be applied at the discretion of the Pro Shop
